The system can check loads of products faster and easily share information with other systems. This enables more efficient work and makes manual typing of reports a thing of the past. HOW DOES IT WORK?
Manage all your specifications in the QMS: whether it's your customers, your suppliers or your inspection templates (forms). You control the entire workflow in the system.
Inspecting a product or service often follows a set pattern. After all, every inspection must meet the same requirements. Creating templates simplifies the judging process because the same template can be used every time, thus reducing the preparation time.
As in Excel, various formulas can be added to the templates. It is also possible to choose to hide some fields in a report, for example for items of interest only to internal knowledge.
Entering an inspection is often done in a warehouse or shed. Here, a tablet is the easiest tool to inspect with! We have developed a hybrid app for this. All you need is an internet connection: the inspection in the app is immediately saved in the system.
A hybrid app is not in the AppStore or Google Play and can be accessed via any device with 4G or Wi-Fi. Is it difficult to establish an internet connection on location? An offline app is in development!
After the survey, a report can be published at any time. The report is formatted in your corporate identity and can optionally include your client's logo. Push messages or other output can also be sent.
Photos can also be added to an inspection if required, which are then included in the report. This gives the customer a good picture!
Extra nice: you can send the report to multiple contacts. Per report, you can choose who it is published to, which is handy if your customers work with departments!
IMPORTANT INTEGRATIONS
QCNEXXT's system is customised. That means we can easily make desired modifications. These can be functional adaptations, such as a link to an accounting package. But also fun gadgets such as statistics of downloads, inspections made and logins.
INTEGRATION WITH WEFACT
A completed inspection from the system is exported to a draft invoice. This includes only relevant information. The accounting package WeFact synchronises with QCNEXXT.
INTERFACING WITH ERP SYSTEMS
QCNEXXT already has interfaces with Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Sap Business One, Axapta and Softpak. Our interface synchronises, among other things, goods arrival times, packing lists and sales orders.
GLOBAL G.A.P. DATABASE
From the global certification database Global G.A.P., we retrieve information on the validity of certificates. If a certificate is expired, a signal will come through in QCNEXXT.
